It is advantageous to know what things are used to signal for help as signaling is a skill that gives you the ability to let people that you are in distress and you need help

3. Food and Water
How to use the little food/ water available to you when you are stranded in places is vital. If you only drink water in the evening, for example, when it is cool you can live for three days with a liter of water.
